As you may know a good producer should have knowledge in a variety of areas when producing a show. One of the disadvantages, I ran into as a Producer is not having enough knowledge, so I am consistently learning to improve my skills. During editing the first episode of Season 2 I had no knowledge in changing duration speeds, even after taking classes in Adobe Premiere CC as this was not introduced to the students.
As a result, I had to do some research before I could increase time duration. Surprisingly, the technique was much easier then I had thought. Here is a video of a person speeding time for their Adobe Premiere project. The very same tutorial that helped me as I hope it helps you when you begin to edit a project in Adobe Premiere CC.
